I was denied room even after booking two months in advance telling they dont accept bookings from Cleartrip and Yatra. I had to take rooms for a higher price directly from the hotel which was not even worth it.

Last time when I stayed the room ambiance maintained was excellent. With lot of expectations and imagination for improved experience I logged in yesterday. It is one of the decent hotels out here in Rajahmundry. Location to its advantage, we can easily reach the big market from the hotel. The service was good enough . There are a lot of good restaurant around.

The stay was very comfortable and easy going. The room was so clean that we did not feel that it was a hotel room as such. The staff was very decent and helpful. The decor of the hotel and room was nice.

No hot water and phenyl smell all over

The location is decent and close to market and eateries. Two things i look for in a hotels- 1. a good night sleep 2. Hot shower Did not get any of those two. The hospital disinfectant kind of smell is so strong that we could barely sleep. There was no hot water on any of the three days. Had to take cold shower on winter mornings. The reception did not care even after 10 calls. No inhouse restaurant.
